Thursday, 6th October
9.30am - Shrinking sheet and chalkboard fabric. Use shrinking sheet to shrink the fabric and give it a great texture. Use in bags, quilts, you name it! Chalkboard fabric? Just what it says - include it in a quilt and then write on it with chalk! How good is that!
10.30am : Machine quilting notions. All those little things that save you time and prevent sore wrists and shoulders... quilting gloves, pin lifter, batting tape, sew slip,
11.30am : Marg Low demonstration – Designer Marg Low shows you how to make a simple but stunning gift tag using a Theodora Cleave button and scraps of fabric.
12.30pm : Sewline products – glue pen, air erasable pen and ceramic pencil. The easy way to paper piece!
1.15pm : Photo Transfer Fabric. See how to transfer your photos onto fabric. Lots of ideas on how and where to use these in quilts and projects. Thinking of doing a memory quilt? Don't miss this demonstration.
2.30pm : Fitted Sheet Elastic – a demonstration of how to turn those flat sheets into fitted sheets for your bed.
3.30pm : Westalee Puzzler Stash Buster – see the blocks and borders you can make from this versatile and inexpensive tool while busting that stash!
4.30pm : Bits and bobs : Block viewer, value finder, clear grip, dome threaded needlecase.
