Easter Eggs with no calories!!

Make some of these yummy Easter Eggs for someone special this Easter.  Yes, there's still time!! 

Marg Low has created the gorgeous Easter Treats to be gluten free, dairy free and calorie free!!  How good is that?

Sharon put together this kit with fabric and ric-rac so you don't even have to spend time hunting down your bits & bobs - just pull up the sewing machine and off you go.  You will need toy filling though so don't forget to ask for some if you need it.

Three kits only.  The pattern is available too if you want to use your stash. They don't take much fabric.:-))

Here's another bright child's quilt designed by Sharon.  Gorgeous and yet so simple to make.  It's perfect for a beginner to start with and grows so quickly!

Betty loved Sharon's Little One's quilt so much that she's made two of them!  Different colours, of course, but so attractive.

Something's afoot...

Sharon arrived one morning to find me in the back room with fabric all over the place!    I was feeling a little creative and really needed to make something - know the feeling?  This gorgeous Christmas panel was unearthed, a border somehow attached itself to the top and bottom.....

 

  

 

add in a narrow strip of red and a stunning Jinny Beyer border as a mitered border and you end up with...

 

 

 

 

 

a lovely Christmas quilt which will eventually be bound in red too. The kit costs $75.00, including backing and binding, and there are only 5 available. 

I had great fun doing this quick and easy quilt and it's going to look great on my table at Christmas time. :-)) 

Oopsie the Octopus by Melly & Me

Oopsie the Octopus has made an appearance in the shop and stolen our hearts!  She is just gorgeous and loads of fun to make.  She doesn't take much fabric to make and the kits we have in the shop have enough fabric for 2 Oopsie's.

So make one for your favourite young person, and keep one for yourself! ;-))

Oopsie is quite happy to stand on a non-slip surface or sit wherever you put her.  She's a wonderfully behaved little octopus really. :-)

Aunt Ivy's Sewing Basket Kit by Marg Low

We just had to put this gorgeous patten together in kit for you!   It's all ready to go and would make a wonderful gift as is or made up for a special friend or family member. 

Or you could make two and keep one for yourself!  A great project to do while keeping cool under the air-conditioning. 

Marg is teaching this as a day class on Wed, 3rd February.  The cost of the kit is $52.50.  The cost of the class is $48.00 and includes the pattern.

Strip Club Kit No 4

Sue and Rhonda haring a joke and a coffee as they admire the new strip club project.  This time it's a gorgeous tote bag and is big enough to be used as a nappy bag for new mums, carrying a change of clothes when you're off to the gym or for that day of retail therapy that we all deserve once in a while!

 

We love having Lyn and Sue in the shop, they always brighten our day!  And we'll get round to doing that passionfruit cake one day soon, Lyn - we promise!

The Strip Club kit comes in a number of different colourways and costs $50 to Strip Club members, $55.00 to everyone else.
