New Strip Club Kit tomorrow - 6th January 2011

Yes, it's Strip Club time again!! Woo hoo!!  And this time we have a lovely medium size quilt that will look gorgeous made up with your scraps at home once you've finished your kit!  It's very cost effective too which is pretty good after Christmas and the sales.  So come along and have a cuppa and cake and see the new kit.  The shop will be open until 6pm as usual on Strip Club Thursday.  Don't forget your I'm a Stripper badges! ;-))))

If you aren't already a Stripper - come along and find out what it's all about.  It's good for a laugh and you can enjoy a cuppa and cake to boot!  How good is that?

New Bag Batting - it's brilliant!

 
Wendy used the Strip Club pattern from her bag kit, and some of her stash, to make this gorgeous bag.  She added our new bag batting and the results are just stunning!  Needless to say, everyone who had one of these kits bought the bag batting and rushed home to make another.  It makes a huge difference to the bag and we'll be using it in many more bag patterns in future.

If you're making bags, ask us to show you this batting the next time you're in the shop.

Our Strip Club Nap/Lap quilt

Our Nap/lap quilt made up in gorgeous baby colours.  Anne has done this beautifully and we have further kits in this colourway in stock.  Anne specifically asked for a "pink for baby girls" kit and we obliged.  It's becoming one of our favourites!

Strip Club Kit No 4

Sue and Rhonda haring a joke and a coffee as they admire the new strip club project.  This time it's a gorgeous tote bag and is big enough to be used as a nappy bag for new mums, carrying a change of clothes when you're off to the gym or for that day of retail therapy that we all deserve once in a while!

 

We love having Lyn and Sue in the shop, they always brighten our day!  And we'll get round to doing that passionfruit cake one day soon, Lyn - we promise!

The Strip Club kit comes in a number of different colourways and costs $50 to Strip Club members, $55.00 to everyone else.

Strip Club quilting

Ros joined the Strip Club this month and has already completed her first quilt - doesn't it look great!!  The new Strip Club kit will be out on Thursday, 5th November so write it in your diaries and make sure you're here on the day as the next kit is quite stunning!
